We advise general counsel and heads of legal on departmental structure, operating models, vendor relationships, internal-service frameworks, and operating cadence. Engagement Terms
Advisory engagements are subject to a separate written engagement letter that sets out the specific scope, deliverables, schedule, and fee arrangements. These Terms and Conditions apply alongside the engagement letter. In the event of conflict, the engagement letter prevails in respect of the specific engagement.
Fees are quoted and payable in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms are set out in the engagement letter.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, structure, and design — is the property of Gambit House and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Site's content without our prior written consent.
Deliverables produced in the course of an engagement (such as strategy memos and written reports) are provided to the client for their internal use. All rights in such deliverables are addressed in the relevant engagement letter.
Confidentiality
We treat information shared with us in the course of an enquiry or engagement as confidential. We will not disclose such information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the engagement, and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gambit House's total liability arising from or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit claims.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
